This young Sifor Sicilian pecorino cheese is made from sheep’s milk, then left to dry for a mere seven days before being packaged and sent out. This gives it a soft texture and a sweet flavor, while the pistachios impart a deliciously nutty flavor. Its rind consists of ground pistachios.
