An Italian cheese made from sheep's milk, this Pecorino Toscano DOP is aged for at least four months, giving it a bold, mildly nutty flavor. Similar to pecorino siciliano and pecorino romano, this cheese can be grated or shredded over a variety of Italian recipes.
