Monograno Felicetti Farro Ditalini Pasta is made with spelt wheat flour from a variety of the ancient grain farro. This small, tube-shaped farro pasta is 100% organic.
Prepare this ditalini with your favorite Alfredo, pesto, and tomato sauces. Or try a pasta salad recipe with al dente ditalini, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, sea salt, pepper, and fresh vegetables. Alternatively, add these noodles to a large pot of minestrone or any other classic pasta soups.
