Description
Beretta Cotechino (also known as zampone) is a traditional Italian winter delicacy. Made from a mix of thorough selected pork meat, seasoned with natural flavorings, spices and stuffed in a natural casing, it is produced using a centuries old recipe. Zampone (cotechino) is very easy to slice and a perfect plate to serve with lentils or cannellini beans. Zampone is very famous for being served during the New Year.
