Named after the town of Cerignola in Southern Italy, these Bella di Cerignola Olives are picked before they are fully ripe, so they have a mild, buttery taste and a crisp texture. These green olives go well with a sharp cheese like provolone.

Enjoy them on an antipasto plate with fruit and cheese. Or sample them alongside black olives and castelvetrano olives (also called "Nocellara del Belice") on a gourmet table olive platter.
